Standalone Program Application.

A SERIES Program means you filled out a series application in the beginning of the season and you were approved for either a Weekly or Bi-Weekly series until September 2011.

If you are not a Series program, your show is a Standalone.

REMINDER: Liability for the program content rests exclusively and fully with the programs volunteer producer or sponsor. (Policies and Procedures p. 26/32 Section IX Program Content)

ADVERTISING OF ANY KIND IS NOT PERMISSIBLE ON CTV’s CHANNELS.

For the March 2011 season, we will be accepting DVDs. Starting March 3rd, we will need your series episodes on DVDs only. The following are the requirements for submission:

- DVD-R format only.

- 1 show per DVD.

- Straight fade-in when show beings. You no longer need 40 seconds of black or color bars. Fade to black directly after the show ends.

- Cablecast will no longer be making dubs. Be sure to reserve your time on the dub rack.

- DVDs must be labeled according to episode number.

- A Cablecast form must be handed in with each DVD.

Additionally, we can accept MPEG2 format for your show. Please follow the links below for additional information regarding compatibility.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Program title, series name and episode number (when applicable), producer and/or program sponsor name and accurate cue and run times must be printed in on the DVD. The cue time is timed from the beginning of the tape to the start of the program. This includes slate, bars & tone and countdown. program.
(A) Any SOLlClTATlON OF FUNDS unless specifically permitted or authorized by this document.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
As the PRODUCER/SPONSOR, I hereby acknowledge my RESPONSIBILITY and FULL LIABILITY for the content of this program, which at my request will be shown on the public access channels administered by Staten lsland Community Television. I have a signed STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE on file with CTV.I hereby acknowledge that I have obtained all necessary RELEASES and CLEARANCES for the cablecast of this program material. I am thoroughly familiar with the contents of this program material to be taped and/or cablecast and agree that IT Wlll NOT CONTAIN: (a) Any material that violates Local, State or Federal Laws relating to OBSCENITY.
(b) Any material which constitutes LIBEL, SLANDER, INVASION OF PRIVACY OR PUBLICITY RIGHTS, UNFAlR COMPETITION, VlOLATlON OF TRADEMARK OR COPYRIGHTS.
(c) Any material contrary to Local, State or Federal laws, regulations, procedures or policies.
(d) Any PROMOTIONAL material conceming PRODUCTS OR SERVlCES presented for the SOLICITATION OF MONEY or other things of value, unless specifically permitted under the terms of this document. Support for access programs may be acknowledged by a single visual credit at the beginning and/or end of the programs.
