CTV's policies and procedures are reviewed in full during our orientation classes. Check our training schedule for dates and times. A producer must sign a statement of compliance agreeing to abide by these policies at all times.

Remember
Responsibility for a program submitted for cablecast on CTV lies solely with the producer.

Programming on CTV is strictly for noncommercial use. No Street address, telephone numbers, or websites of "For-Profit" agencies may appear on programs at any time. A producer's contact information may appear for the sole purpose of acquiring more information about that particular program.

Studio Producers are responsible for providing CTV with any and all names of crew and guests expected at the facility 24 hours in advance. This allows ample time for CTV to provide proper information to Time Warner Security.

All Audio for all programs must be on channel two only.
