TECHNlCAL REQUlREMENTS:
1. Programs must be submitted on panasonic DVC-PRO tape.
2. All audio must be on CHANNEL 2 ONLY.
3. SLATE, BARS a TONE and COUNTDOWN must precede program start.
4. Program title, series name and episode number (when applicable), producer and/or program sponsor name and accurate cue and run times must be printed in three places: on the tape itself, on the front and spine of the tape box 5. The cue time shouM be one minute. The cue time is timed from the beginning of the tape to the start of the program. This includes slate, bars & tone and countdown. program.
(e) Any SOLlClTATlON OF FUNDS unless specifically permitted or authorized by this document.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
As the PRODUCER/SPONSOR, I hereby acknowledge my RESPONSIBILITY and FULL LIABILITY for the content of
this program, which at my request will be shown on the public access channels administered by Staten lsland Community Television. I have a signed STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE on file with CTV.I hereby acknowledge that I have obtained all necessary RELEASES and CLEARANCES for the cablecast of this program material. I am thoroughly familiar with the contents of this program material to be taped and/or cablecast and agree that IT Wlll NOT CONTAIN: (a) Any material that violates Local, State or Federal Laws relating to OBSCENITY.
(b) Any material which constitutes LIBEL, SLANDER, INVASION OF PRNACY OR PUBLICITY RIGHTS, UNFAlR COMPETITION, VlOLATlON OF TRADEMARK OR COPYRIGHTS.
(c) Any material contrary to Local, State or Federal laws, regulations, procedures or policies.
(d) Any PROMOTIONAL material conceming PRODUCTS OR SERVlCES presented for the SOLICITATION OF MONEY or other things of value, unless specifically permitted under the terms of this document. Support for access programs may be acknowledged by a single visual credit at the beginning and/or end of the programs.
